Terms
Plain words, not small print. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
Flypp is run by an independent sole trader in the UK, trading as Flypp. Contact: info@flypp.co.uk. By using Flypp you agree to these terms; the privacy page says what we do with your data.
Flypp is in beta
Things will change, and some may break. We'll try to tell you before anything that affects your work changes, but we can't promise every feature will stay as it is.
Your decks are yours
You own what you make. Decks you build stay in your own browser. When you publish one as a link, you let us store it and show it to anyone with the link, only so that the link works. Taking the link down deletes our copy.
Keep your own copies. A browser can lose what it stores (clearing site data, a new computer, private windows). Export decks you care about as a file.
What you may not publish
A hosted link is published on Flypp's own address, so it must not contain or be used for:
- anything illegal in the UK, including child sexual abuse material, terrorism content, or content that encourages self-harm;
- phishing: asking people for passwords, bank or card details, or pretending to be another company, person or service;
- malware, or links meant to trick people into downloading or running something;
- harassment, threats or hate aimed at people;
- other people's private information without their permission;
- material you don't have the right to share, such as someone else's copyrighted work;
- spam, or anything meant to overload Flypp or get round its limits.
If a deck breaks these rules we may take its link down, and in serious or repeated cases close the account, without warning first when people could be harmed. We'll tell the owner what happened and why, unless the law or safety stops us.
Reporting a deck
Every hosted deck has a ⚑ Report button on its control bar. You can also email info@flypp.co.uk with the link and what's wrong. We look at every report as soon as we can and take down anything that breaks these rules. Reports about illegal content come first.
If you think we got a decision wrong, whether that's taking your deck down or leaving one up, email us and say why. Someone will look at it again and reply.
Answers people give
If you collect answers on a hosted link, you're responsible for what you ask. Don't ask people for sensitive information, such as health, passwords or bank details. Whatever you ask, people answer anonymously (see privacy).
Plans and tester invites
Each plan's limits are shown in your account. A tester invite gives a plan free for the time it says; when it ends, the account goes back to its own plan. Your published links stay up, and you can't publish more than your plan allows until you remove some. We may end an invite early if it's misused.
Liability
Flypp is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for business losses. Nothing here limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on Flypp before it applies. These terms are under UK law, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
